Brazil · LatAm · Markets & P&L

I grow markets and P&Ls.

Country and regional commercial ownership that produces real revenue.

I’m for companies that need Brazil or LatAm to show up as a real P&L — quotas, margins, teams, and the commercial motion that compounds — not a market slide. I’ve already lived the frames that seat requires: create the market, turn smoke into fire, scale multi-country revenue, rebuild after a deal, and own a country line end-to-end. I also run an AI company that places conversational agents as digital team members into live sales and service work — colleagues that finish the job, not demos that stall at 90%. Same through-line: ownership of the outcome.

Why this combination is hard to replace

Country commercial leaders who have actually grown markets are rare. Founders who ship AI that customers keep are rare. People who have done both — and can work across Portuguese, English, and Spanish, between São Paulo and a US HQ — are rarer still.

In plain terms: the additive value of depth in more than one domain is more than additive — you become hard to swap because you’re a specialist in the combination, not a fungible peak in one silo. Mine is country and regional P&L ownership, hands-on AI product and delivery, and LatAm–US enterprise motion in one seat. Not two careers stapled together. One profile: grow the market, own the numbers, and put AI into the work where it earns its keep.

Selected work

Markets and country P&L

At Compaq and Dell I helped grow Brazil and LatAm markets when the playbook was still being written — including consumer PC leadership that passed IBM to #1, and Systems LatAm at roughly $220M with a team of about 300. Later, as CRO for Syntonic Brazil, we took country revenue roughly 10× to about $20M a year. The job was always the same: grow the market and own the P&L.

Multi-country engines

At LabOne / OTT / UUX I led a carve-out into multi-country SaaS — roughly $60M ARR, about 220 people, about 18 countries — plus a Telefónica content business that compounded over a decade. After the Agile deal, as CCO, we rebuilt commercial trust across Europe and Latin America: ARR roughly +60% to about $90M, about $18M in new contracts, and a restored pipeline of about $35M. Growth after the deal is the test.

AI — the company I run

At Norfolk AI I run an Agent Factory: conversational agents as digital team members in sales, service, and operations — on ElevenLabs Conversational AI, Austin and São Paulo. Live deployments have cut service cost about 30–45%, with payback under six months. I still write in Cursor and Claude Code. This is a product and a P&L I own — not a side hobby next to the commercial work.

Where I am now

I’m relocating to São Paulo to grow Brazil as a revenue market — comfortable reporting into Miami or a US HQ. Portuguese, English, and Spanish. US, Brazilian, and Italian citizenship.

I’m open to the right country or regional commercial seat — GM, country manager, managing director, VP with real P&L — and to other executive or founding fits where growing markets and owning the numbers is the scarce resource. If you need Brazil or LatAm to produce, that’s the conversation I want.
