I make markets produce real revenue — and I build the systems people actually use.
People take the path of least resistance. I build commercial systems that make the right path the easy one.
I’m for companies that need Brazil or LatAm to stop being a slide and start being a P&L — and that want an operator who can own the country system and put AI into the work, not next to it.
Why the combination matters
Most operators are deep in one lane. Most builders are deep in another. The rare seat is the person who can do both — and connect them across languages and headquarters.
I work at that intersection: country and commercial P&L, AI-native build, and LatAm–US enterprise motion. Quotas, margins, and teams on one side. Agents, workflows, and measured adoption on the other. The additive value of those together is not “two résumés.” It’s one operating system for a market that has to produce.
I’m not a fungible specialist you can swap for the next title on the org chart. I’m the connective operator — the one who makes the path of least resistance point at revenue.
Selected work
Markets and country P&L
At Compaq and Dell I helped build Brazil and LatAm markets when the playbook was still being written — including consumer PC leadership that passed IBM to #1, and Systems LatAm at roughly $220M with a team of about 300. Later, as CRO for Syntonic Brazil, we took country revenue roughly 10× to about $20M a year. Same craft: find the friction, redesign the path, make adoption the easier choice.
Multi-country engines
At LabOne / OTT / UUX I led a carve-out into multi-country SaaS — roughly $60M ARR, about 220 people, about 18 countries — plus a Telefónica content backend that compounded over a decade. After the Agile deal, as CCO, we rebuilt trust across Europe and Latin America: ARR roughly +60% to about $90M, about $18M in new contracts, and a restored pipeline of about $35M. Scale is not a slogan. It’s the operating rhythm after the deal.
AI people adopt
At Norfolk AI I build an Agent Factory: conversational agents as digital team members placed into sales, service, and operations — on ElevenLabs Conversational AI, with Austin and São Paulo. Live deployments have cut service cost about 30–45%, with payback under six months. I still write in Cursor and Claude Code. The point isn’t the stack. It’s adoption you can measure.
Where I am now
I’m relocating to São Paulo to scale Brazil as a revenue market — comfortable reporting into Miami or a US HQ. Portuguese, English, and Spanish. US, Brazilian, and Italian citizenship.
I’m open to the right country or regional commercial seat — GM, country manager, managing director, VP with real P&L — and to other executive or founding fits where the combination above is the scarce resource. If the hard part is making a market produce, and keeping AI from becoming shelfware, that’s the conversation I want.
